You may submit as many design requests as you’d like.
We work through them based on your plan’s:
- Monthly hour allocation
- Number of active projects allowed at one time
Both plans include:
- Flyers and brochures

Pro Plan additionally includes:
- Website landing page design (design + layout only; development not included unless scoped)
An active project is a single deliverable or tightly related group of assets being worked on at one time.
- Basic: 1 active project
- Pro: 2 active projects simultaneously
Once one project is completed, the next in your queue begins.
Most projects are completed within 5 business days, depending on complexity and feedback speed.
Larger projects may:
- Span multiple weeks
- Use a significant portion of your monthly hours
- Be divided into phases
